My stay at the PGS Rose Beach Residence was disappointing overall. The location is great, near the beach, but the service and dining were far from ideal. The lack of English-speaking staff made communication difficult, and the dining options were unappetizing and lacked hygiene. While the rooms had potential, they were not maintained well. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant experience.
